Hi. I captured a Zorua just before the server gold caught. I was logged off and when I returned my Zorua and the capture data disappeared :( and the ultra ball I used in it were not in the bag either. Any way I can get my zorua back? I spent over 2 hours looking for it and when I did it occurred to really sad.

Eu realmente amo anime . Pokemon é uma das minhas series favoritas e acompanhei todas temporadas .

Oque mais gosto neste game é que traz muitas dinamicas do anime ^_^ e também a possibilidade de fazer amigos de outras partes do mundo <3

We would like to inform you that, unfortunately, we are unable to refund your Zorua or the ultra balls you used as it would be unfair towards the other players that accepted their loss due to a crash.

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

We would like to inform and ensure you that even if the server stability isn't perfect, we're always working and trying to improve it.

We also suggest to relog after you capture any important Pokémon, as relogging would force save your Pokémon preventing any loss due to a crash.

 

Once again we are really sorry for the inconvenience.
