Me encontraba jugando un rato en la zona safari, el juego de repente se cerro fui a volverlo a abrir y no me dejo, después de ello lo elimine y volvi a instalar pero descomprimiendo o me sale ese error o si descomprime todo y abro el juego se cierra de la nada y no me deja jugar :( , ayuda por favor

move the winrar to your desktop and create a new folder there and past the winrar in the new folder if that didn't work try to disable the antivirus and redownload the game

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you experience crashes? If so, could you please delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here? If this doesn't work, please try the following

• Run the game in compatibility mode

• Update your Display/Graphical Drivers

• Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

• Update your Windows Version

• Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space

• Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
