As I remember I still can defeat him by using Tentacruel like 1month ago, How is the "Outrage" bugged? like it never confused itself?<br/>

It became a priority move, outsped my Weavile even when I used Ice Shard. Since many guys said Outrage was fixed I'll just wait for my bosses to go off cooldown and try again in a few days. Will inform you later Carlho, maybe ingame if I see you there <E>:Smile:</E></r>
