  1. Thanks for the guide Carl. I stopped doing this quest long ago, but in my case, the 1st friend is in Rustboro Gym.
  2. There are pokes that have more rarity entry in the dump than in the Pokedex: Yeah, that was my original thought too, but I got confused because when I was cross-checking it, Tyrogue (#236) is listed five times under Red's spawn dump, whereas it has only four locations listed in the in-game Pokedex. And Ralts (#280) is listed as "Rare" on its first line and then "Sparse" on its second - but its Pokedex entry shows Route 102 first and Love Island second, and I would assume that Ralts would be more common at its Hoenn location rather than Love Island, considering the recent revamp on rare Hoenn Pokemon spawns. So I'm a bit confused about it. I'm glad someone else had the same idea, though!
  3. I'm playing on my laptop, which use Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics. These are my screenshots: On a map with no fog: With FPS limit off: Enter Mt. Pyre: A little more drop when in battle: These are when a second client is running: The fog is making a greater impact to me than having a second client running along. My laptop is only about 3 years old. So I'd say yes to this suggestion, it'll be good for those who run on onboard/integrated graphics.
  4. Dark Cave South Digletts Cave Mt. Mortar Seventh Island Sixth Island Slowpoke Well Slowpoke Well L1
  5. I found a Prism Scale at Mt. Mortar 1st spot, forgot to take screenshot
  6. I have been using /<number> <msg> in local chat to send message in the respective channel without clicking on the channel tab.
  7. How can this be abused, when you basically only get a baby pokemon that exactly the same as your original pokemon? Cause if u catch a godly 5x31 and make copies of it u can give them to friends. xd Breeding wont happen here in pro, not even for a single egg.:) Not even for random IVs.:) Maybe I wasn't clear enough, but my idea is that you exchange your pokemon for the egg, you don't get an extra egg, and I can't see a way to abuse this. For the exact same reason that I wanted to "reset" the Pokemon. I don't want it to be easy, if a player make a mistake and make his Pokemon useless, he must consider all the effort to retrain it and make a choice between resetting it and catching another one. I never said that this should be prioritized, this is a "Suggestions" section afterall.
  8. How can this be abused, when you basically only get a baby pokemon that exactly the same as your original pokemon? Accidentally evolving a pokemon knowing that it shouldn't be evolved is different from evolving a pokemon, then realized that it shouldn't. Will doing research before raising a pokemon prevent a server crash? Moreover, the reason I wanted the pokemon to reverse to its baby form is that I don't want the process of "fixing" a ruined pokemon become so easy. By reverting it back to a lvl 5 baby pokemon, you'd lost the time and effort you put into the pokemon, all the TMs and RCs you used; the NPC that doing the reverting could charge a fee too. So the player should consider all of that and decide if it worth to revert the pokemon back, or just hunt for another.
  9. Hope that we can get an answer from Red. If he let us use the spawn dump I think he would gladly give us some explaination about it :Ambivalent:
  10. Nice work Jay. :y: About pokemons that have multiple rarity, I think Red's post is corresponding to the ingame Pokedex, which means, for example, Caterpie is Common on Route 2 and Abundant on the other places. Just my thought.
  11. I do want to hatch eggs simply for the sake of hatching, but what I am suggesting, as @PearlJam pointed out, is a way to revert the Pokemon to an earlier stage. I want the reverted Pokemon to take form of an egg, but it can work another way, like a reverse Rare Candy, as the other guys suggested.
  12. Happened to me too, rarely but it did happedned. Some moves that has 100% accuracy just miss, without evasion or accuracy changed. And correct me if I'm wrong but I think moves that changes evasion/accuracy don't work yet.
  13. Yes, hatching itself brings nothing to the game, no harm, but no good either. I wouldn't post something like that in this Suggestions section, knowing that the staff has many other important things to do.
  14. Haha it was the "don't get your hopes up" that made me misunderstood, since the whole point of my post wasn't to persuade staff to implement breeding.
  15. Just because there is an egg involved doesn't mean it is breeding. This thing keep all the IVs, nature and ability of your original pokemon. Also your pokemon doesn't multiply, you lost one pokemon to get an egg. About that "egg hatching experience", I didn't know how to put it. It was just a nostalgic feeling of me running around in the original games waiting for an egg to hatch. And an egg isn't really needed to work here. It can be made to trade a pokemon for the earliest evo form of that pokemon.
