You can buy some in Pokemarts.

Pokemart from different region sell differents TMs.

There is also a TMs vendor in Staleport Hoenn.

Hi there. Before anything, I'd like to state that TMs are single use unlike the newer Pokemon games. For more information on TMs and where to get them, please check out the TMs, HMs, and Move Tutor Guide. Alternatively, you can join our Official PRO Discord and use the ^info <move> in #bot-commands when the bot is online once again.
