Nevertheless, you can catch Clamperl from the following locations. Personally, I wowuld suggest the Diamond Domain as it only requires a good Rod and has the lowest tier. Clamperl #Map Area Daytime Rarity MS Level Item Diamond Domain Main Cave Fish (Good Rod) M/D/N Tier 4 No 22-26 - Route 124 Underwater Fish (Good Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 30-34 Big Pearl Route 126 Underwater Fish (Good Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 30-34 Pearl Route 127 Underwater Fish (Good Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 30-34 Big Pearl Route 128 Underwater Fish (Good Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 30-34 Pearl Route 129 Underwater Fish (Good Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 30-34 Big Pearl Route 130 Underwater Fish (Good Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 30-34 Pearl Route 40 Fish (Good Rod) N Tier 5 No 15-21 Deep Sea Tooth Diamond Domain B1F Fish (Super Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 22-26 - Route 108 Fish (Super Rod) M/D/N Tier 7 No 20-35 Big Pearl Route 124 Fish (Super Rod) M/D/N Tier 5 No 25-35 - Route 126 Fish (Super Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 32-33 Big Pearl Amity Square Surf M/D/N Tier 5 No 17-20 - Love Island Surf N Tier 6 No 13-17 - Route 219 Surf/Fish (Super Rod) M/D/N Tier 5 No 20-32 Deep Sea Scale Route 221 Surf/Fish (Super Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 28-32 Deep Sea Tooth Let me know if you need anything else. ♡ General Support ♡ PRO Reporting ♡ Punishment Policy ♡ Discipline Appeals ♡ Please do not contact staff members for private support. Lightwaves
It is not hard to get one, in the underwater part of hoenn's sea routes. Diamond domain requires Love island to be unlocked and a 5K entry fee. Still, is the best place(Diamond Domain) to get one, as suggested by @Fluffles. I am just a casual player, travelling around the regions, catching and hunting pokemons I find likeable~

What would you think is a estimated time to get one from the underwater part cause I've been doing it for a hour now and haven't seen one so what do you think is a estimated time

You have the potential to get in a minute or even an hour. Can't really tell you how long it will take.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we can't give an estimated time as to how long it will take for you to catch a Clamperl. As LightningVector stated, it's all based on luck and we have no control about that. You aren't necessarily guaranteed to get it within an hour and it could possibly take longer. Also, do note that it's Tier 6 in the underwater routes and therefore it may take much longer than you think.
