Cannot merge old accounts

First of all I'd like to state that this is not a big deal, I will have to start from the beginning on the gold server (my friends wanted to play there) in any case. Anyway, just out of curiosity I wanted to check my old character, but after trying for a few hours it seems like I am not able to merge the red and blue accounts. After selecting blue and pressing on the green "merge" button the page gets darker/grayer, but after a few seconds it gets back to normal without having merged the accounts. I have already trying disabling adblock and using a different browser (chrome and edge), is there anything else I may be doing wrong? Thank you for your time and help.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to use another browser like Firefox? Also, could you please try to enable pop-ups and let me know if this works for you?

I tried using firefox but nothing changed. There are many other cases in which I get popus on chrome, so they should not be disabled there (and for sure they shouldn't be disabled on firefox or edge since I never use them). Is there anything else I could try?

The accounts are seen as merged on the site, but if I try to login on the silver server it tells "invalid username or password", while I can easily login onto the gold server

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ.
