This happened to me a few times and keeps happening, I have a weird bug that I can't do anything. No write on chats, pm, no move, no go out if I'm in cave, house, etc...I played on Gold server and it works perfectly but then I go back to Silver and still bug... Help pls :(

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please check with the following questions?

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

I play on my phone, and when this happens I have to say to some of my friend that enter in my account ( in pc) to move my avatar away from where I am and then I can keep playing, but if I come back to where I was bug then I bug again...I only play at home or when I'm out with my phone's net
