It seems like you have already battled Symphonia, could you please confirm that?

In this case you should go to Ilex Forest (Johto) and find Indragiri. To battle Indragiri you need to show a Illumise with your OT.

 

About your Deep Sea Tooth, i can see you've a caught/evolve data of Huntail which you obtained today. Is it possible you used it to evolve your Clamperl into Huntail?.

Take note that you can obtain a Deep Sea Tooth in the following ways:

Location:

- Rocksmash Spots at Love Island.

- A NPC reward at Slateport Museum after you have done the Abandoned Ship Quest.

- May held by some wild Pokémon:
