I would like to inform you that having a level 10 Pidgeot is a possible thing on Pokemon Revolution Online.

This is because it can be encountered in the wild at level 10-14, in the current location:

Pidgeot

Safari Effort Wald 1  Land  M/D/N    Tier 1  No  15-19  -

 

You can check all the spawn location of a Pokémon with the related infos on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD by doing the command ^s nameofthepokemon in the #bot-commands channel.
