I would like to inform you that Armor Fossil can be found in all the excavation sites, and can be bought in change of artifact pieces, as stated in our OFFICIAL EXCAVATION GUIDE.

After that, you can revive them in Sinnoh, in the Oreburgh Mining Museum, stipulating that Cradily and Armaldo's evolved-data entries are registered on your Pokédex
