Not Able to start the game

From many days i am no able to start the game due to some thingg called 'patcher' here is a picture of the error and the .txt file which contains the error. Please help me if possible

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following:

• Install the latest version of .NET Framework
  
• Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive.
  
• Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here
  
• Restart your computer
  
• Run the program as Administrator
  
• Disable your Firewall and Reinstall.
