Hi, when i try to login to the game, i allways get "invalid username or Password". (Tried both servers and checkt username and Password)

I just downloaded and registert the game yesterday. I had a bit trouble with the register.

It sent the verification-Mail, but when i clickt on the link, it said is wasn't valied.

I searched the forum and it said to try login website account and if that works it should work in game, but it doesn't.

I tried changing Password in account site, but still doesn't work.

So i can login to the account in the website but not the game.

 

I need help please and sorry for the bad englisch writing.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try to log in the DASHBOARD and then reset your password making sure to use only alphanumerical characters.

You are allowed to use only characters from A to Z and 0 to 9.

Then, try to log in the game.

 

Please let me know how it goes.
