Hi, I`m trying to play in my house with my friends but, we are having problems to logging with our acconts in the same time, there is any way we cound do it?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Could you please tell me if both of you access the servers if the other is not connected? Like, your friend can access while you're not logged and you can access while your friend is not logged. Take note that you can't play with a unique account on the same server, but you need to have two different accounts.

 

If both of you can normally play when the other is not connected, it might be an issue related to your connection and not on our end. In specific, some connection limit the amount of devices connected and limit the bandwidth on each device connected.

If both of you can play normally when the other is not connected, could you please contact your provider and ask to them about that?

Yes, we first are playing together and then we are disconnected , and after that only one could logging, like wile i m logged my friends couldn't access the silver server, like only one could logging. So i will try to contact my net provider thank you for the reply

only a problem , when we try to enter in the gold server , we can enter together, but the problem in the silver persists

I'm really sorry about the inconvenience you are experiencing.

However, even if you should be able to connect together on Gold, this does not guarantee that the connection will be stable since you should be able to do the same thing even on Silver.

If you are able to play Gold together, i suggest you to do that, but i cannot guarantee anything about your connection as the error you experienced is on your end and related to your internet/internet provider.

In case you should find any issues while doing so, you may contact your provider and check with them if there is a way to fix a possible issue.

 

Im sorry about that but since the problem is not on our end there is not much we can do.
