I CANT LOG IN GOLD SERVER BUT I CAN LOG IN SILVER PLZ HELP ME

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try to restart and reset your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions.

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

No not working anything cant you do anything to solve my problem this is my one of the most favourite accounts If I cant log in I cant continue anymore please try to do anthing.Plus I wanna inform you that I am playing using a router and I play in home.

Could you please tell me what error comes out when you try to log in?

Also,could you please confirm me that you restarted your router/internet connection as i suggested?

 

I need you to check the following questions, since you didn't mention if you tried all of them or not. This include trying to use a PROXY and a VPN to try to log in.

Yes I can log in now actually I used super vpn now its working

I'm really happy to see that your issue has been solved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Take note that phone connections may have some temporary issue, and that most of the public connection are blocked. If you should find any issue in the future with your phone connection, i suggest you to contact your provider.

Also, if you should find any issue with your current VPN, i highly suggest you to check Tunnelbear as it offer a high quality support for any device.
