resolved BUG Victory or not

hi, i'm in Hoenn region, i just fought against the 2nd gym leader.

my last pokemon combusken attacked heracross, and the match should be over with my victory, the screen to learn flame wheel poped up ,so he should have beaten heracross and level up , but hasn't fainted he 's still alive and made me lose with a final attack, so i'm a winner loser who just lost 19 000$.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced.

Could you please tell me how did your Pokémon die? Was your Pokémon poisoned or anything similar? It's really hard to understand from what you wrote.

Also, could you please clarify if the move you've used did zero damage or if it did damage but not enough to kill Heracross?

 

About your lost money, take note that once all the Pokémon in your team faints, you black out and get teleported to your last visited Pokecenter losing 5% of your current Money.

This means that when you blacked out, you most probably had around 390.000 pokedollars and so you lost 19.000 pokedollars.

Unfortunately, we're not able to refund you of your loss money as it would be unfair towards all the other players that accepted their loss after a black out.

i attacked with ember, his hp fell to 0, my pokemon leveled up and the screen to learn the new attack appeared, but he didn't faint, he continued to fight and launched horn attack, the final hp of my combusken fell to 0, no special status or anything else.

19 000$ isn't abig sum, no problem, i just wanted to signal it, i don't knew if it happened to anyone else.

i fought him a second time and achieved a victory without any problem or bug. so i don't know where the problem came from.

I've talked with our Developer and i've been told that this bug will be fixed with the next updates that will come, but there is not an estimated time for this happening.

When the new updates will come, an announce will be made on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD.

 

Since we cannot refund you of your loss money and that the bug has been forwarded, i will now lock the thread since there is not anything else we can do.
