One day, I was just trying to sell some things and then my game froze out of nowhere, at first I thought it was the client and so I just rebooted, only to deal with this problem some more.

I don't know how to fix this and my friend wants his items back, a life orb and a couple leftovers. Please, someone help. I want to return those items soon.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Could you please try the following:

  • Delete PRO Client/Application and all the files (.zip /.apk included)
  • Delete all the remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way. Also, if you have a smartphone, restart your device.
  • Restart your router and internet connection.
  • Download the latest and most updated client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE

Please let me know if you have been successful in solving your issue and if you have any further questions, have a wonderful day !

Okay, so, whenever I sign in, there's a rain pattern and I am incapable of moving, and the NPCs in the market don't spawn.

What happened before the glitch, I tried selling an item to the item buyer and then the game stopped working. I tried signing in multiple times and nothing's changed.

I tried deleting the files and reinstalling the game, but that hasn't done much.

My in-game name is Tomokeycookie and I used Gold Server religiously, putting over 600 hours and spending sleepless nights with heavy grinding. I know it's much to ask, but, respawning me at a pokecenter or fixing this random issue would help me plenty.

That didn't work.

This glitch has been stuck on my account for ages and no one's noticed. It's a huge softlock and I don't know if it can be fixed, but I do hope there's a chance it can be.

I spent over 600 loving hours meeting, trading and battling and, even for a newbie, is still quite a lot of effort. Sleepless nights and long grinds during the days is what attached me to this MMO.

I truly am upset that this glitch still renders my account completely useless.

And, restarting now would be even harder to do because of the discouragement of the huge loss.

I do wish to continue playing this MMO, because of its social aspect and grind-ey nature.

If this does not have any solution, I will give up posting some more. I just want to bring attention to my matter.

Yes, I did try using a different connection. I tried everything. It truly is a softlock.
