I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that when you press "no" to brock's help request, the NPC will disappear for 6 days and will then reappear after the 6 days making you able to start again the quest.

Unfortunately we are not able to reset the quest for you because this would be unfair towards all the players that experienced the same situation and acceppted that.

 

About the quest itself, talking with brock and accepting his request is the start of the doctor pokemon quest, which is one of our side-quest that you can enjoy. You can find a complete guide about the quest here: DOCTOR POKEMON QUEST.

Exactly, after the 6 days of cooldown you will be able to start again the quest. Please, remember to press yes the next time as we cannot reset that for you.

However, take note that the quest requirements are the following:

 

❊ Completed the Egg Moves Quest

❊ Must be Hoenn Champion
