the problem is i activated my 15d ms at 12/16/2018 ( previous sunday)

and so now today 12/23/2018 my ms status is gone

it expired at 7th days instead of 15

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I checked your account and your Membership expired the 20th December 2018. Also, after checking your inventory, it seems like you have 2x 15 Days Membership Medalions.

Is it possible that you have activated the 3 Days Membership Medalion instead of the 15 Days one? It would be the most possible thing, as the 3 days of the membership together with the activation date would coincide with the expiration date.

ohhh i didn't realise that we have the 3d ms since i have stoped playing for 8 months xd

The 3 Days Membership was a gift from us to all the players as a way to thanks for being patient during the last big update.

However, I'm really happy to see that your issue has been solved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
