I level-up to a maximum of 97, if -> Base-Evolution e.g. Ralts, Pidgey ... I level-up to a maximum of 95, if ->2nd Evolution e.g. Kirlia, Pidgeotto ... NEVER A FULL EVOLVED POKEMON! Price goes from 50-80k(depends on the Pokemon!) Additionally I offer EV-Training to the Level-Up-Service, so here is an example: You caught a decent Pokemon and want it to be EV-trained first, before giving it to my Levleing-Service, that's no problem, I will full EV-train it before and Level-Up after. To be honest right before I took your service I had a prior where the guy took the pokemon and didnt return it so needless to say I was really sceptical and wary. You were very timely on the leveling and ev training and worked with me when I had to leave and hang out with some friends of mine.
