It was 11:12am in poke time, and i was going to catch Mew in that map ( sorry i forgot) i carried kadabra,bisharp,ninjask and Weavile.

I reach it, and it open the battle, i used the first 1 and i thought it maybe some bug, but the second i was worried about it until now

So anything cant u guys help me out about this problem ? Or my luck wasnt good enought to catch mew with 2 master balls?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I just checked your account and it seems like that the reason of why you could not catch Mew, even using your master balls, is because you've reached the maximum amount of Pokémon that your PC can storage, which is 900. When you reach that limit, you won't be able to catch any Pokémon even using Master Balls.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund you of your loss Master Balls because it would be unfair towards all the players that experienced the same situation and accepted their loss.

 

I really suggest you to free your PC by removing all the Pokémon you don't really need, in order to not encounter this issue anymore.

 

However, you are able to obtain another chance to catch Mew by battling and defeating Boss Nikola, which you can find in Unknown Place, in the Trainer Valley.
