I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. Unfortunately i am unable to recover your Level 18 Gastly with 29 SPD 29 SPATK because you released it when it had no ID, as you can see from your screenshot, and that means that it didn't get saved on our database. However, i can recover the level 22 one, if you are interested. When you catch an important Pokémon it is suggested to log out and then reconnect in order to force save that Pokémon giving it an ID. Without doing this procedure, a Pokémon usually need a couple of minutes to obtain an ID. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand.
