I would like to inform you that Jura Cave is a cave located in Leev Island, which can be accessed from Lilycove City Harbor once you are Hoenn Champion and you have an active membership. Take note that if you have never been in Leev Town, to be able to freely access Jura Cave you have to start/complete first the quest related to aerodactyl that you will find on the town. To do just reach the town and interact with the scientists. Once you reach Leev Town Port, to access Jura Cave you have to head east and then then shift north.
