I'm sorry for this inconvenience and this late reply.

The problem might have been, that your friend typed your name wrong, or mixed it up with the Mail title.

I can confirm that you never received 7 Rare Candy's. If you give me the name of your friends account, I could detect the exact issue.

 

However, we do not refund wrongly sent mail items if they are not high valuable as it is much work and not easy to do.
