I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunantely, we are unable to de-evolve pokemon due to technical restraints. The only thing we can do is delevelling them or recover if they have been released due to a mistake.

Quoting our EVOLUTION & DELEVELING MEGATHREAD:

Make a Pokemon back to a previous state

It's impossible and we do not offer this kind of support. However we can now "delevel" your Pokemon if needed.

I understand bummer, cos I'm only at 2nd gym in sinnoh and cant get my other poke till beat e4

And ivs on the poke are really good but itll take ages to keep up levels for story, is there anything you could do ?

With the Pokémon you have shown in the screenshot, you should be able to continue the story without any issue. Those are good Pokémon and you just need to train them a bit during the story, as you did with the previous regions. I suggest you to not evolve your Pokémon until they are high levels or if you really need an evolution as you struggle in continue the story.

You can train them by beating wild pokemon and defeating all the trainers you find in the routes. For any info related to Sinnoh's story, like checking the next gym's type or if you are stuck in the story, you can check the SINNOH WALKTHROUGH.
