I need a delevel for [ATTACH=full]60418[/ATTACH]

 

i tried to level it up with a rare candy in route 120 but nothing happened

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Rotom no longer evolves in designated routes, but rather evolve by taking over certain appliances like in the real games. Below are map names where you can find boxes which contain different appliances for your Rotom.

You simply have to go in one of the following locations, interact with the boxes and choose the form of Rotom you most prefer.

Celadon Mart 2

Goldenrod Mart 3

Lilycove Department Store 4F

Veilstone Department Store 1F

Do note that each Appliance corresponds to a different form of Rotom. They are as follows:

Recall = Base Rotom

Microwave Oven = Rotom-Heat

Washing Machine = Rotom-Wash

Refrigerator = Rotom-Frost

Electric Fan = Rotom-Fan

Lawnmower = Rotom-Mow

but where are the washing machines?

 

As said above, when you go in one of the said locations you will find the card boxes and you will have to interact with them.

Once you interact with the card boxes you will be asked which Rotom form you want and you will be able to change the form of your Rotom even if level 100.
