I have a problem with my account, I created a character on silver server, played a little than found out that one of my friend was playing on the gold.

So I decided to connect on the gold one instead but I didn't had the choice of my character style and I bold with a white shirt...

I tried to create an other account with an other e-mail adresse but same problem again...

Is there a solution ?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced.

Is it possible that you experienced a crash while selecting the server and creating the character?

I had the same problem :O I created my caracter on gold and wanted to start on silver with my boyfriend and I didn't have the speach with Prof. Oak for the customisation.

 

*I restart the game and I was able to change finally*

I really don't know but as Nayacy explained it I didin't had the conversation with Prof. Oak ...

And the weirdest part is that I had the same problem after creating an other account on a different mail adress :/

Little update, the second account I created works now. I don't know why but my account resset itself :) So I will work with this one instead of the first.
