Hi @Yassinlahrach !

 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please tell me if you have downloaded the latest client posted today?

If not, do note that the servers are now back online and to play you have to download the latest client from here: PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE.

 

If you should not be able to log in the game after downloading the new client, could you please try to restart your internet connection and router and if that fix your issue. If not, please check the following:

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

 

Here below some useful thing to know after the server host have been changed:

- We are aware that the patcher doesn't fully work correctly, and this will be fixed soon. However you should be able to login correctly.

- Take note that all active Tickets and Black Memberships were extended for 4 days and that every user got a Mini MS (3-days MS) in their inventories.

- Also, the Christmas event was extended to January 10th.

- As for the reason of why we had to move server, since this is a common question, this was cause the server owner left the team.
