Good afternoon PRO team,

 

I made a new character in the game, and when I logged in, I was given no option to customize my character. Thus I'm a bald person with a normal pokeball tshirt. I tried making another account with a different email and it did the same thing.

Any ideas as to how I can fix this?

I would like to inform you that if you have no started your adventure yet, our admins are able to help you by resetting your account.
