i am having issues with my account stating online.. i know everyone keeps getting disconnected and such and it happens but mine happens alot like i have lost about 50k with all the disconnections.. ill be on pinkan or eumi and then the disconnect happens and im on vermillion and my money is still gone from when i took the boat to somewhere else.. i am by no means a rich player i think i got like 190k so i feel kinda robbed loosing so much money :( is there anyway to fix this?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

As we have informed through our social media, we have recently changed the server host. Unfortunately, as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, these are the first days with servers open and therefore issues may be experienced at any moment.

Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. In your specific case the client disconnect you but doesn't kick you out.

However, i would like to inform you that w are aware of the issue and that our developer is working on a fix.

 

Unfortunately, i cannot refund you of your lost money as it would be unfair toward the other users that accepted the loss of their progress due to a crash or a disconnection of our end or theirs.

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why i cannot fulfill your request.

ahh ok yeah i am not following the discord so i wasnt aware all i knew is the host switch lol but thank you! and are the servers down right now? cause i cant get in

i seen your other comment on another post about how there doing maintenance which is why the servers are down. will we get more time to our weekend event if the servers are down for a while?

The servers were down due to a Maintenance as we announced on our discord and in-game. You should now be able to log on again. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD.
