The Pre-evolution Move Tutors, that is. Where are they? Are they still supposed to be in the daycare center, because I have talked to everyone inside the daycare center and no move inheritor. In order to get to that tutor, enter the area to the right of the daycare center by walking behind the staff of said center. It will warp you to the Tutor.
