Can't Change My Account Password

I recently tried to changed to account password with daskboard but that reset link which should come in gmail is not comming i tried 3times but its not working i also checked in spam folder and even in all mails but there no link

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

In order to receve the change password email, could you please try to download another browser (like firefox or chrome) and then try to reset your password again from the DASHBOARD.

If you are on PC, you can also do the reset password procedure through smartphone in case it should not work even with a different browser.

Please, do note that the email can take up to 30 minutes to be received and to check the spam-junk folder.

OK i rested it thanks for the help i was trying from google chrome but then i used internet explorer and it worked
