In order to receve the change password email, could you please try to download another browser (like firefox or chrome) and then try to reset your password again from the DASHBOARD. If you are on PC, you can also do the reset password procedure through smartphone in case it should not work even with a different browser. Please, do note that the email can take up to 30 minutes to be received and to check the spam-junk folder. Let me know if you have been able to solve your issue, have a wonderful day !
