Hello, I just started the game and when I entered the Silver server the character customization was completely skipped. I even tried to make a new character on the Gold server but the same thing happened. Please reset my accounts, though if only one can be reset I'd prefer it be Silver, thank you!

I would like to inform you that this is a rare bug that may be experienced.

However, if you have not started yet your adventure and you're yet at the start, we can offer you an account reset that should be helpful to solve your issue.

Are you interested in resetting your progress, taking in consideration everything on the server will be reset, in order to solve this issue about the character customization?

Thank you so much! My account has been reset. But in case you guys wanted to know, when I was creating my character, I kept getting logged off automatically every 10 seconds. Other than that, everything seems to be working fine, thank you!!

I'm really happy to see that your issue has been solved. However, were you able to choose your customization in the end and you're happy about it?

Or the client totally blocked you from doing that ?

No, I was able to finish my character customization. It's just that it kept logging me off every 10 seconds but the changes I made to my character did NOT reset.
