I completed the quest for Ash's hat and put it on before my server disconnected. When I logged back on it was gone from my inventory. Is it a limited time item or is there a way I can get it back?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that you should be able to lose the Ash's Hat unless you have experienced a rollback.

However, unfortunately the servers are currently down and therefore i am unable to investigate further.

Once server will be online, i will investigate and update you in this thread about the situation. Please, be patient until that moment.
