I'm' sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the servers are currently offline for a Maintenance in order to fix the new disconnection bug. During this time it is not possible to register any account or access the dashboard, and therefore you will have to wait. However i would like to assure you that this issue will be automatically solved when the servers will be up again.

There is not an estimated time for when the servers will be online again, you can keep an eye out in the OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD to be notified for when they will.

You can also check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands on our discord.

 

Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support rules.

 

With that said, i will now lock the thread. If you should find the same issue even when servers will be online, you can create another post in the GENERAL SUPPORT explaining your issue and we will assist you.
