I Started this game 12th of Jan this Year. And i played it nice game but from this morning (08.30 AM IST)When i Opened This Game And Gets 503 Service Unavailable and I Cant log in. I read Forms that People in This Same Problem. And Staff says Thats a Maintenence of Disconnecting issue. I dont know that means Can anyone please explain The Exact thing of Disconnecting Issue. I'm' sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the servers are currently offline for a Maintenance in order to fix the new disconnection bug that players experienced recently.

The issue, as you asked how it worked, was disconnecting the players during their gameplay (pvp, battles, or even while afk) but without kicking them. The example you made is correct, for example in battle you were getting stuck at the "please wait" message and therefore you would have been teleported to your last visited pokecenter after relogging.

After this Maintenance the bug should be totally fixed.

 

Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when the servers will be online again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.

Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support rules.

 

An announce on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once the servers will be online .

You can also check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands on our discord.

 

With that said, i will now lock the thread.
