You need 150 Happiness for a pokemon to use dig move .

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. As previously stated, you need 150+ Happiness on your dig pokemon in order to use it out of battle. You can check happiness by doing /happy <slot #> in the in-game chat. For further information on Happiness, feel free to check out out our Happiness Guide.
