Hi, i'had my account created a year ago and done some things on storyline in kanto, then i stopped. I would like to know if it was possible to reset the progress of the account, or the account to start over from the beginning? I've saw i could create an other account but I would like to keep this username..So is that possible? thx

Unfortunately, We do not offer a progress reset service unless you have very anomalous circumstances that would otherwise force our hand in the matter.

Edit: I saw there was a thred where you could change name and reset progress, i'll wait until this re-open, if it's reopen a day.
