I would like to apologize for the inconvenience experienced.

As we have informed through our social media, we have recently changed the server host. Unfortunately, as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, issues may be experienced at any moment.

Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. In your specific case the client disconnect you but doesn't kick you out. We highly suggest therefore to not try BOSS or PVP (and similar) until the servers will be stable.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund you of any of your lost item and we cannot reset any Boss cooldown as it would be unfair to others who accepted their losses due to crashing, regardless of our end or theirs.

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

 

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is fighting again Lance once it will be possible for you.

 

I know it can be frustrating as losing part of your progress is frustrating, but i hope you can understand.

We understand that experiencing frequently disconnections may be frustrating, and i would like to assure you that fixing this issue is our main priority.

Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.

 

As i cannot offer further support, i will now close the thread. Please, be patient until we will fix the issue.
