Rotom just won't appear in the rock. I tried relogging but it still won't work. I know it's not on cooldown since i never touched the rock before. Please help.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. To address your issue, Rotom only spawns in Mt. Coronet if you meet the requirement needed which is being the Sinnoh League Champion.

     

    Once you have defeated the Sinnoh League, you may head back to Mt.Coronet and encounter Rotom.
