I came back to PRO after a while of not playing, and remember leaving off after beating the Hoenn Elite 4.

I checked this by trying to enter the Hoenn league, and it confirmed that I was already hoenn Champion.

I spoke to Hannah but she had nothing to say other than along the lines of "You expect me to give you something?"

So went to Saffron to start the Hoenn quest but the first trainer wasn't there. Checked Ilex forest and National Park, neither of them had their respective trainers either.

Is there something I've missed to start the Sinnoh quest?

 

If it helps I merged my account from Blue before trying to do this.

Hi there. It seems as if you're in the middle of the Sinnoh Quest. You've already beaten the 4th trainer, Novi in National Park. Therefore, you'll have to beat Oswald in the Olivine Cafe. Don't forget you need to have an OT Onix in your party in order to battle him. There isn't actually anything you've done wrong in the Sinnoh Quest, but rather you simply missed a trainer whom you have to battle before Hannah. Could you please check if you can see Oswald? If not, please attach a screenshot of this. If you need further help with getting to Sinnoh, feel free to check out our Sinnoh Walkthrough.
