This problem is familiar to me from some of my guild members.

Either you have to restart the client (which you have already done) or download PRO again. Here again the link to the download page: https://pokemonrevolution.net/download.php

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try to restart your client and if that fix your error? Also, please make sure to have the correct version of the client for your pc.

If restarting should not fix you error, could you please try the following procedure and let me know if it works:

 

  1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
  2. Restart your computer/device
  3. Download again the game from HERE
