Added some screenshots, cause from what i have been reading i should be allowed to fight Dragonite/Lance. I just checked your account and it seems like you miss the dragon medallion. In order to obtain the Dragon Medallion you need to have 240 caught data and pay 200.000 pokedollars to the Blackthorn City's Dragon club NPC. And as u can see from my screenshots, i have the reguirements.
