Good evening. More or less 1 hour ago I tried to teach Ice Punch to my Lucario through the tutor in Route 42. After selecting the pokemon the window with the moves normally appeared, but before I could select the move to forget, the game closed due to the poor connection. I reopened it and happily found the window with the moves was still open, hoping not to have lost my money unnecessarily. I selected the move to forget and I checked that everything went well ... Lucario did not know Ice Punch yet. So I tried again, but after choosing the pokemon the tutor told me "Lucario already knows this move" or something similar (I did not have time to read, as I clicked a little fast) and the dialogue is terminated before any moves-window appeared. Up to this point I lost 4,5k twice (once for each time I selected the pokemon to teach Ice Punch), for a total of 9k and my Lucario still does not know Ice Punch. I don't want to try again to teach it as I guess I'd just lose more money. How can I teach this move to Lucario? Is it possible to recover the lost money? Thank you!

I would like to inform you that I was not able to replicate the error. Could you please try to delete all your PRO Fiules and then reinstall the latest client that you can download here: PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE

Take note that, unfortunately, we cannot restore or refund your TM as it would be unfair to those who have accepted their losses due to bugs.

However, please try to make a video while trying to teach again the move to your Pokémon so we will be able to review it.
