Hey I just want to ask why is this allowed? Amount of max PP in pokemon games for each move isn't for no reason. I lost because of people using very powerful moves more than they could use or if you are fighting ferrothorn vs ferrothorn one with more PP will win.

There's nothing wrong by using pp up in your pokes to PvP, it's allowed in our rules. I suggest you to use PP UP as well, you can get it via pokestops and digposts, good luck!.
