So, after beating Norman on hoenn, my riolu wich was max happiness but fainted after the battle, got the toggle to evolve. I pressed yes, however shortly aftyer that i got crashed and dc´d out to main screen and my riolu was still in its base form. I tried to give it rare candy during the day, since he is max happiness however the toggle to evolve won´t appear again. I have also tried to re-download the client and level him up with another rare candy during the day in this new client, still doesn´t work. The game says it has max happiness, so i don´t know if something is bugged.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, in order to evolve your Riolu you have to make sure that it has 255 happiness by doing the command /happy 1-6.

After that, you simply have to win a wild battle during day time and it should evolve. Do note that rare candies do not proc the evolution that require happiness, unfortunately.
