You can try the following steps since they usually work.

 

First, try to resend using different browsers like Firefox. Here is the link:

Gmail is the most likely e-mail provider to receive it, so attempt to register with it.

Check your thrash/spam folders too and make sure you typed your email correctly. Receiving could take up to 30 minutes.

And mainly, if none of those work, register using Firefox in incognito mode along with the combination of Gmail/Yahoo. This usually does the trick.

I would like to start off by saying sorry about the inconvenience.

 

To address your issue could you please follow the steps HERE to get the activation email resent to you? Remember to check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. Also, take note that the email could take up to 30 minutes to be received.

 

Also, as @@Euripides stated above, using a different browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Google Chrome Incognito Mode could also help.

 

If you still do not not receive the email yet, could you please try to create an account with GMAIL, YAHOO and OUTLOOK, since they are the most reliable.
