Administrator Shinohara Posted February 3, 2019 Administrator Share Posted February 3, 2019 Hi im playing this game since 2 years but now with the new client i can't launch it for an internal error due the use of windows xp. I mean i have all the other requirements to play the game but with this OS will i can't play anymore? There will be a fix for it in the next client or have I to buy a new pc/OS to play a pokemon game? Thanks for your time Hi @zaii I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, we do not offer support for Windows XP users as Pokemon Revolution Online uses Unity as engine and , unfortunately, Windows XP doesn't support Unity. If you would like to play PRO you will have to update your operative system to at least Windows 7 as this is the minimum requirement to play the game. Here below there are the requirements to play the game: Operating Systems: Windows 7+, Mac OS X 10.7+, Ubuntu 10.10+. Graphics Card: DX9 (shader model 3.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work. CPU Speed: 2Ghz+ Processor recommended. Ram: 2GB+ recommended. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand. Let me know if you have any further questions, have a wonderful day !
