I would like to inform you that that, after forwarding your issue to our Content Scripter Team, in order to solve your issue you have to talk first with the reception and, only after talkin with the receptionist, go talk with Jackson's mom.

that didnt solve the problem sadly.

would be nice to get some feedback sry for troubling you but that bug is so annoying.

plus i have a membership running and i lost alrdy over a day through that.
