resolved [ HELP ][ HELP ] Cant Login my account ( Gold Server) [ Characters Bugged ]

Hello, mods and admins. I would like to complain my issue, Why my i account cant login? if i change the user, the client says wrong user/pass. But if I put the right one, Its says connecting.... Then nothing happens.

 

I've tried to reboot my pc, router. Re download client, Use vpn, none of that solve my problem. Im feeling depressed about this because I give a lot of effort to level up my pokemons.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try to totally reset, your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions.

 

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

 

Also, could you try to connect using a different connection?

I've done doing all of that, changing my connection etc, I can login in silver but not in gold. I think its just some kind of bugged, because before I logout my account, I cant move my character in pokecenter in cerulean but everyone around me is moving, its likely my character stuck up and then bugged in that location, So I decided to logout,

 

 

then when i tried to loggin, its just connecting.. and nothing happens, We have same members with this kind of situation posted on discord official support channel.

So I guess Im going to sleep tonight waiting to fix my issue, So i can login again and play.

after the server goes offline, I can login now my account in gold. I hope nurse Joy problem is fixed now. Thanks admins and staff, Really appreaciate all of your efforts.
